Ignore covid-19 rules
The President of South Africa advice citizens not to travel to Hotspots and keep a safe distance to avoid Corna. When I call Vacational Recreational Services (VRS) They refuse to cancell your booking because cancelation must be 6 weeks prior. They claim the resorts are open but when I call St Michael Sands I was informed the Pool and games rooms are closed. Only put put outside. You can not go to the beach as it is close the resort pool is closed. What do you do on holiday. VRS still refuse to cancell bookings or postpone till later in the year. VRS bad customer service. I don't recommend them anyone to join. I am a member since 2011 and their service is pathetic. Are they above the law to ignore the President plea for people not to travel. Everyone share and expose them
