The President of South Africa advice citizens not to travel to Hotspots and keep a safe distance to avoid Corna. When I call Vacational Recreational Services (VRS) They refuse to cancell your booking because cancelation must be 6 weeks prior. They claim the resorts are open but when I call St Michael Sands I was informed the Pool and games rooms are closed. Only put put outside. You can not go to the beach as it is close the resort pool is closed. What do you do on holiday. VRS still refuse to cancell bookings or postpone till later in the year. VRS bad customer service. I don't recommend them anyone to join. I am a member since 2011 and their service is pathetic. Are they above the law to ignore the President plea for people not to travel. I am trying to cancell a booking at St Michael's in KZN from 8-15 January 2021 and VRS is refusing. According to them the resort is open. When I called the resort I was advised the pools and some indoor facilities are closed. The beaches are closed. Why go if facilities are unavailable. VRS refuse to cancell bookings since it is not prior to 6 weeks. President advice us not to travel is VRS above the law
I have beeen calling houling for more than an hour with music. Pricelocl staff noboby answer. My service is suspended even my account was up to date before i request for upgrade to R749. Know one call to explain or if their is hidden cost with the R749. Know my service supended. Total poor service. <p>As a LPA member I occupied my accommodation at Crystal Springs from 30 December - 06 January 2017. On my arrival before 3 Pm I waited till 5pm before being checked in. Reason that rooms are still being cleaned. I also booked the Jacuzzi facilities twice and both times I found other guest in the Jacuzzi and that bath was dirty. Why do we book if this happen. On the 31 December there was a braai for the guest and I found that the music that was played was catered for one race group (white). I requested other music (House) and it was eventually played but softly. This to me is racist. The restaurant even was out of stock by the Wednesday for guest to order food.I find the resort in general not a child friendly place since the chalets and the kids activities is far apart and adults have to accompany kids at all times.</p> <p>This type of service is not acceptable. As a LPA member I don't know how I will enjoy my stay there annually.</p> <p>I wrote my complaints on the check out card but nobody called me and even lodge a complaint on LPA website with no reponse.</p>
