I have been a member with QVC/MDC for many years and continually have challenges to book units in Mpumalanga. I stayed at Ngwenya 2018.11.12 unit 342. This unit was booked in 2017.12.05, over a year ago booking! The next booking was done 2020.07.23 for unit 309, staying 2021.02.19, 6 months to occupation. I visited Kirsten at Head Office 11 March 2021and had a long discussion about availability challenges. No more covid-19 challenges as we had cancelled 2 bookings due to C19. Kirsten mentioned she would try for Ngwenya (river front). To date no call. I phoned reservations 28 April 2021, had discussions for 24 min, nothing available for the balance of 2021. I also left a message for Kirsten to phone me, no return call to date, not reliable. On Monday 3 May 2021 received email big bonuses for May and June. I wondered what had changed so dramatically with regards to availability. I phoned at 01:21, waited in queued for 25 minutes, nothing available, completed call of 29 minutes. This is the worst ever, noting available on specials and nothing available for the balance of 2021. What a fantastic company, delivery just not possible. Please people, be aware, stay away from Quality Vacation Club and Multi Destination Club if you want to live a healthy life, else heart attack Company. They just cannot deliver.
