Multi choice service is pathetic , they dont know how to service customers they treat us as numbers . I mean calling their call center it's useless they dont even resolve your query , I have been having the same issue since last month I only enjoyed my 490 that I have paid for my dstv for 2 weeks last month and this month I have not enjoyed it at all. I have the E04 error which their technicians cant resolve . Yesterday I had one of the installer guys coming to my house which I have do to pay him for not doing anything he told me to go the close multi shop which is in philli plaza when I went to the one in plaza they refuse to help me referred me to Gugulethu I mean guys there is a taxi violence in Cape Town that is no secret , that guy informed me that my decoder is not broken the issue is with my smard card up on explaining that to them they still refuse to assist me . I spend a lot of money calling multi Choice and once you run out of airtime they dont bother to call you back their staff member do understand the meaning of customer satisfaction both call center and the branches . I mean now I have to walk from Philipi to Gugulethu it's raining outside and we have this taxi violence meaning that I have to lose my life just because of multi Choice. I know that they are a very big company honestly speaking they need to fix their customer service . Now I am going to lose my money yes to them 490 it's nothing for me it's some thing . I sacrifice to make sure I get that luxury of a dstv but now they play with us lower income this is really not on..
