No customer loyalty from Insurance Broker

A very disappointing experience, where after 12 years loyal customer support, no phone calls were returned, no emails were answered, and absolutely very poor service received. When I needed them the most as my brokers, they were no where to be found.Still waiting to hear from the Owner!
