Very poor service. I have been a customer (paying my fee every month!) for several months now. After 7 months, my municipal bill has still not been resolved. You have to send numerous emails every month, they eventually reply with "I have logged a query at the municipality" just for you to receive a higher bill the next month. I constantly(at least once a month) need to go to their offices to demand service and to sort out my municipal bill. They claim that they resolve municipal bills but it has not been the case. And before you think, oh it must have been some or other major issue, I can assure you this is not the case. I simply receive a ridiculously high water bill every month even though I live alone and have no pool and a very small garden. When the poor service was brought under owner's attention, his reply was "I don't work with the day to day enquiries" It is bad enough to resort to a company for your municipal bills, which should actually be a service in itself, only to also receive poor service which you need to pay for.
