Deeply Disappointed – A Nightmare Disguised as a Repair Job

My experience with this company was nothing short of infuriating. I was referred here by my insurance for vehicle repairs, but from the moment my car entered their premises, I was left in the dark. Communication was almost non-existent—I had to chase them constantly for updates, only to be met with vague responses and empty promises.

While I can admit that the actual repair work was done well, that’s where the positives end. Upon collecting my vehicle, I discovered that anything not bolted down had been ******. To add insult to injury, I had to replace both my car battery and boot mechanism out of my own pocket. When I brought this up with Murdoch, instead of taking accountability, they immediately became defensive and dismissed it as "part of the business."

Frankly, the stress, loss, and blatant disregard for customer care completely overshadowed any quality workmanship. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I regret ever setting foot there. A business that treats its clients this way does not deserve continued support.
