My experience with this company was nothing short of infuriating. I was referred here by my insurance for vehicle repairs, but from the moment my car entered their premises, I was left in the dark. Communication was almost non-existent—I had to chase them constantly for updates, only to be met with vague responses and empty promises. While I can admit that the actual repair work was done well, that’s where the positives end. Upon collecting my vehicle, I discovered that anything not bolted down had been ******. To add insult to injury, I had to replace both my car battery and boot mechanism out of my own pocket. When I brought this up with Murdoch, instead of taking accountability, they immediately became defensive and dismissed it as "part of the business." Frankly, the stress, loss, and blatant disregard for customer care completely overshadowed any quality workmanship. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I regret ever setting foot there. A business that treats its clients this way does not deserve continued support.
It was an incredible experience speaking with Bernadine. She was exceptionally professional and thorough. After talking to multiple insurance companies, this one truly stands out as the only one that genuinely prioritizes the best interests of my dogs.
Krugersdorp - Don't waste your time. I ordered products for delivery and waited more than three days for delivery. I received zero correspondence regarding my ordered and was guaranteed delivery the next day which never came. Not worth the wait. Useless customer support!
Black Friday ****! I had items in my cart from the beginning of November, upon black Friday the items in my cart either cost more than what they did originally or the item has been marked down to the original price. I.e I had a book in my cart for R 159 (pre black friday) on black Friday the item was marked down from R289 to R 159 and that i was saving when buying it.
Absolute worst experience! To all the people out there who make use of cheaper banking packages such as the aspire accounts be aware that you will receive cheaper customer services. The operators reluctant to assist in your queries. I app**** for a credit card on the FNB app after being advised that my credit status is good, my application was denied. I then app**** for the credit card manually and after 2 months the only response I received was to send my Aug payslip bear in mind that during this whole process FNB was offering me personal loans of up to R300k (with an 50% interest rate of course). Note that I had sent my Aug payslip, twice in the Aug month, again in September and then finally again in October. I initiated multiple chats and was passed around like a chew toy from one unwilling operator to the next. Each with a different story, ranging from connection errors, service unavailable or just "no care" attitude employees. I have been a client at FNB for the last 9 years and this truly shows how much they care for you as a customer. You get what you pay for!
