You know what my mom used to say, if you have nothing good to say, rather keep quiet. That is how I feel about service from Mustek, communications are automated interjections. I had equipment there twice for service in three months, Were charged a second time under warranty of first repair with equipment not up to spec yet. One word. pathetic suits them well. Know this, if you buy any Mercer product, it will be your problem if anything goes wrong. Even after being charged twice for a fix.
