Delivery time smoke and mirrors
Product advertised as available in 5-7 working days, however, deilvery shown once bought is 14 days?

Overcharged
Generally I have had very good service from these guys. I paid R320 for a package from Cape Town to be delivered next day. It then arrived two days later. Now I am told sorry, I live on outlying area. This is bull%^&*, I live on N4, 50km from Pretoria and 80km from JHB. They have a depot in Bronkhorstspruit, and I selected to pick up my package these as I needed it to be quick. I.e. it was not even door to door.

Worst Service I have had in more that 50 years
You know what my mom used to say, if you have nothing good to say, rather keep quiet. That is how I feel about service from Mustek, communications are automated interjections. I had equipment there twice for service in three months, Were charged a second time under warranty of first repair with equipment not up to spec yet. One word. pathetic suits them well. Know this, if you buy any Mercer product, it will be your problem if anything goes wrong. Even after being charged twice for a fix.

Ridiculous. unacceptable and highly frustrating, monopoly abomination
I have a new Terra Soda machine, and I am struggling to find the #@$%#$% #$%# @#$%@#$% peep CO2 refill bottle. Now I have a CO2 machine, but I need to buy CO2 water. Ridiculous. unacceptable and highly frustrating.

a Bit of a pain
We have been buying 90% of our groceries at Shoprite in Bronkhorstspruit now many years. Lately the shopping carts are not is a good condition at all. They go skew all the time and you have to fight them. Secondly they have hot chocolate and Toscana spagetti 500g on special, but both products are not n the shelf. The spagetti they only have 1kg packets, good luck if you missed that! Lastly a compliment, the staff is friendly, the shop is neat and clean.

No clue of how to deliver online shopping
Onine shopping, delivery to wrong address (wrong town. inspite of postalcode etc). Then promised refund, now waiting two weeks for refund after waiting two weeks for delivery. Freaky scary.
