Wrong part supp**** and blamed on Customer by MVA Spares

I bought an Audi Q5 bonnet from these guys on the 16th Oct 2024 and told them my audi was a 2014 model. The guy sold me the bonnet which honestly looks like my bonnet but when the panel beater fitted the bonnet on the car, it was not the correct one. It happens that the bonnet sold to me was for the 2009-2012 model.

I called MVA spares back and to my surprise they refused to take the bonnet back from me and the guy I spoke to said I confirmed it was correct. There is no way they wouldn't know their bonnet was not for a 2014 model as they should have these things on their system and I am not a panel beater there is no way I would know this for sure.

I am so disappointed that I have to waste 4500, I had to buy another bonnet same price and the bonnet MVA Spares sold to me is just sitting there.

It was my first time buying anything from these guys and I dont think I'd ever go back or recommend anyone.
