I bought a crocs for my daugther on bash and I mistakenly chose a toddler size instead of a junior size, then I tried to log an exchange and the bot I was chatting to said I cannot return the crocs. I also tried to go to my orders on bash website to see if I can see the store that sold the item to me, but my orders wont load. it just keeps loading and not opening. This is my first time using bash and it might as well be my last. Should have stuck with superbalist
We are so displeased at the payment system of car track. So we received a whatsapp message from car track on the 4th Dec 2024 stating that our debit order of 469ZAR did not go through, in the whatsapp message, there was an option to pay now and we did and made the payment via our debit card on the same day. Surprisingly, we still kept getting the same whatsapp message everyday saying we havent paid, we rep**** the whatsapp message with proof of payment and the response from cartrack is that they will update once they recieve the payment, I mean we paid with card and should be updated immediately. Yesterday, Dec 13th after paying 469 on the 4th of dec, Cartrack debited our account again for the same amount meaning we paid 2 times in a month. We are really disappointed in them for this and we hope it is rectified ASAP
I bought an Audi Q5 bonnet from these guys on the 16th Oct 2024 and told them my audi was a 2014 model. The guy sold me the bonnet which honestly looks like my bonnet but when the panel beater fitted the bonnet on the car, it was not the correct one. It happens that the bonnet sold to me was for the 2009-2012 model. I called MVA spares back and to my surprise they refused to take the bonnet back from me and the guy I spoke to said I confirmed it was correct. There is no way they wouldn't know their bonnet was not for a 2014 model as they should have these things on their system and I am not a panel beater there is no way I would know this for sure. I am so disappointed that I have to waste 4500, I had to buy another bonnet same price and the bonnet MVA Spares sold to me is just sitting there. It was my first time buying anything from these guys and I dont think I'd ever go back or recommend anyone.
My girlfriend and I went to Engen Comaro Crossing at around 1am Sunday 25th of August and we got the worst attitude ever from the petrol attendant. We had to leave without buying petrol and if there was no other garage around the area, we may have gotten stuck on the road at that time. I wonder who hires such employees with such attitude. I do not have the guys name but I have his pics
This momentum medical aid is so useless. my husband paid around 8k for a student medical aid for 6 months last year then sometime around September, he was in pretoria and had heart palpitation. Netcare was just 5 mins away from him and he had to go to the nearest Hospital. His total bill was not up to 4k for the 2 nights he spent there and to my surprise, Momentum sent him countless emails saying he is owing. There was absolutely no benefit whatsoever from momentum, not even at the counter of a pharmacy. They recommend hospitals, dentists etc that are no where near you. This people are ripping people off and I am not surprised there is a lot of negative view. Never in my life will I recommend momentum to anyone not even my enemy.
I bought an ELBA retro gas heater in May to use it in my new apartment as I was moving today June 1st ago. It doesn't matter how long you hold the knob in, as soon as I release it, the heater switches off. I even held it in for more than a minute and the result was the same.. I’m so disappointed in this product and to make it worse I lost the receipt
My Sister In-law and I are awaiting a package via UPS from China which has been stuck in Dubai for 2 days and after reading these comments, we are scared to death that we might not receive the package. If we knew we would have visited hellopeter before choosing our shipping company. We will definitely come back with an update as to our experience with UPS.
I have R300 on my ewallet and when I tried to get code to get cash it says ewallet access was blocked by FNB and was told to contact the bank on Monday to Friday yet you blocked my ewallet account on a Sunday when you know you cannot help. Now I am stranded where I am because I had hopes on this money. I have no idea what I did wrong. I need my ewallet restored as I need my money ASAP.
This is the worst internet provider I’ve ever used in my life. I have to change my wifi spot every 10-15mins looking for network EVERYDAY and the mast is less than 1km away from where I live. The customer care is unbelievably poor. I sent them several messages and only got a reply 12 days after. Once I get another network provider, I’m leaving rain for good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NETWORK PROVIDER CALLED RAIN. A complete waste of money.
