I had a terrible experience with My Art Shop. I placed and paid for an order, but never received it — and despite multiple attempts to contact them and provide proof of payment, they offered no real help or resolution.
Even after sending them all the evidence that the money was deducted from my account, they made no effort to assist me. Their communication was practically non-existent, and they showed no concern for the fact that a customer was out of pocket and frustrated.
It was only after I discovered — by chance — that Ozow was involved in processing the payment (thanks to the "Oz-Ik Merchant" reference on my bank statement), that I was finally able to recover my money. Had I re**** on My Art Shop or Ikhokha (their listed payment provider), I highly doubt I would’ve been refunded at all.
Incredibly disappointing service. I cannot recommend My Art Shop, and I caution others to be very careful when ordering from them.
