"My Art shop" stole my money

Bought merchandise online at Myartshop.co.za. Used Ikhokha to pay. Now Myartshop.co.za claims they never received my order nor my payment. Ikhokha will not assist me as I am not "their client"!!! Someone stole my money!!! Reported it to SAPS and my bank as *****! Be carefu with this online shop in Durban!
