I made a claim around November 2023 and the guy called Wakeel called me to get details about my claim and promised to get back to me. Today is 29 May 2024 and I tell you that my claim has not been sorted. I have followed up on the following dates: 25 November 2023 - Got this response{ 27 November 2022 Good day I do apologies for the late response I was working night shift last week and was unable to respond

And I gave up until I got energy on 15 May 2024 to follow up again. And I got the same treatment again. The silent treatment.
