Bad experience from my auto care it started when I had just paid deposit on a rent to own car.... They said they will give me the car after 2 weeks then I'll drive for a month before paying then they called after 2 weeks after I had written to hello peter.. Then upon arrival the car had a clutch problem I had to go back home at my own expense After A week they called again to collect the car yet still the car had clutch problem I had to go home at my own expense still no problem... Then came a part where they had to deduct first month installment they did not debit on the agreed date so I had to pay by Eft then they debited the next day..... It was A struggle to get my money back of which I eventually dd... On the second month they did not debit on the agreed date only on the next day .... Sharp the debit order went through only for the debit order to bounce after 7 days... And I was not sure if it was their debit order that bounced and I whatsaaped a lady by the name tashkeen asking her to check for me if everything is still fine by their side as I received money that I don't know where it comes from and she said she will come back to me... She never came back to me.... And they only called after 4 days telling me that the debit order bounced... Then I spoke with a lady by the name jozelle I asked her if I can pay half the amount and pay the rest later she said okay.. I paid them the 3k and after 2 days the car was switched off and I asked them and said if they take the car they can give me my money that I paid and they refused some were saying the director is busy while some where saying he's on a holiday and they even called the securities on us for wanting our refund.. So I am here to warn ppl about my auto care in eidenville they have a business model of taking ppls deposits and trying by all means to have grounds to repossess the car and when u want ur refund they say they use it to pay repo costs while they never notified you that they don't agree with you paying... And they don't even make u aware of the time that it will take before they take back the car.. Imagining paying on Monday and having the car repossessed on wedbesday

Good day, I have a policy with the abovementioned company. The rule of this policy is that you can submit 1 claim per month for the duration of the policy. Every time I submit a claim it takes them 2 months to resolve the claim. Currently I am so frustrated with them that i am losing total control when in conversation with them. I have submitted a claim on 11 April 2025 and up to taday nothing has been done about it. When I submitted the claim, I told them that i am in Cape Town. Then got a Mobile service in Johannesburg to come to my house to fix the scratch. Only to realise that i am in Cape Town 2 weeks later on 25 April 2025. They then requested more photos from me on 25 April, which I have send. Today 5 May when I phoned them to follow up on this claim, I was told the Director must still approve the quotes that was given. This is so ridiculous, and my question is who is gaining by this? Only them because I have paid for this upfront and just the ignorance of the people dealing with this is getting to me. I also think they must change their name because they are not delivering the service they signed up for

It was not explained that this is how the policy works. 24 scratches for argument sake to be done Over 24 months 1 scratch per month? Who in this life has the time to do 1 scratch per month for this 2 year policy now that we are also already within a year into our policy, how will we fix 24 scratches on this basis mentioned above? Apart from not having the time to do 1 scratch per month who would say yes to take their vehicle in to be repaired once per month for a scratch? Who is to be blamed for this senseless logic? We are not happy with this senseless policy. We are now sitting with scratches and our money has been taken and we can not claim for the money that the company is now already sitting with and with half information illustrated to us. Unacceptable!

i would urge everyone to stay away from this place, i bought a car from this place and the car lasted 30000km because it had an old oil pump in it luckily i got a Mechanic to just have a look to find out what the problem was and he saw that the oil pump was not functioning and that the oil level was fine and no engine lights or warnings was to be seen. i took a picture as evidence and i let them know about the problem so they came to get the car to repair it in November 2024. and they gave me a loan vehicle witch was nice and i had to go fetch it at my own cost with fuel and tollgates. close to end of December they never even called me with an update on my car or nothing i had to call them. then they told me that its a warranty claim on the engine that's why its taking so long and that the engineers are on leave and a whole lot of excuses so i contacted the owner Valentino Naido and he promised my car back in January 2025 so i accepted it and went on as normal and arround the 15th of January a lady called me and said that my car was fixed and i must come to collect it and bring the loan vehicle back because they sold it, so i told the lady that i dont have the funds to go all the way there again and pay for tollgates and fuel i sumply did not have the funds, so she told me that she will see if she can arrange for them to bring my car and collect the loan and that she would call me back she never did until this day. on Monday the 3rd of Feb 2025 another lady called me asking for the loan vehicle but only to find out that my car was not fixed but yet they want the loan vehicle because its sold and she told me that they would send me another loan vehicle, so i agreed and waited for the arrival . so this is month number 3 without my car im paying for every month . Yesterday they got here with the other loan vehicle and i asked them just to fill the tank because i filled the other loan vehicle with my work petrol, witch i think is fair because its not my fault they sold it. they refused and left me with an empty tank so i lost R900 worth of fuel. so this morning i got a fuel slip from work to fill the loan they gave to me empty just to see that the tank was leaking fuel at a rapid rate this was another R1400 running down the pavement the car was not even clean inside and the driver even told me sorry we did not have time to clean the car witch tells me the car was not even checked beforehand the tank leaks until it reaches about 3 courter then it stops now the owner wants to blame me for the leak and for the car im still waiting for, telling me i drove it without oil but luckily i took a picture and have proof with a time stamp. so now i cant even stop this loan vehicle at work because its a fire hazard and i cant let my kids be at risk with this. the owner does not want to pay me my fuel back nor does he even mention bringing me a safe vehicle he just simply ignores this issue and tries to make everything my fault. so i ask you is that good service? even as we speak im waiting for my car 3months and counting . so they bring me another car *****ing my fuel with it and simply saying no to replacing my fuel and when the other car is leaking fuel its my fault??? i leave it to you to decide . Today is 29 May 2024 and I tell you that my claim has not been sorted. I have followed up on the following dates: 25 November 2023 - Got this response{ 27 November 2022 Good day I do apologies for the late response I was working night shift last week and was unable to respond Kind Regards, Wakeel} 28 November 2023 - No response 30 November 2023 - No response 4 December 2023 - No response 8 December 2023 - No response The above is not counting countless calls I made with the promise that it is going to be sorted. And I gave up until I got energy on 15 May 2024 to follow up again. And I got the same treatment again. The silent treatment.

Submitted a claim for a small dent, after two months told me the claim was declined because if they try and remove the dent the paint would Crack so its not covered. Absolutely pathetic service.
