Incorrect information on my credit profile and JustBridge refuses to take accountability and responsibility for their actions
Very bad experience with Finchoice. They offer a loan when you take up the loan they tell you that you are responding to a previous sms and the loan is not valid. When you query it the CEO's office brushes you off like you are non existent.
The service with FNB is just getting worse and worse. I messaged FNB on the app only to be advised that I should contact the Products Team myself. I called them and was advise that an ITA34 form is requested and FNB is not allowed to grant me any credit services. I comp****. on the 24th submitted all documents called at 16h00 only to be told no one could assist me and did I infact send an email. At 16h50 I requested to speak to a service advisor my requested was only responded to at 17h21. Today - 26 May did the same at 20h25 it is 20h37 to no avail. I am applying for an overdraft. The error message sorry your application has been declined due to the following reasons. To prevent any risks the bank cannot make any product or services available to you.
Capfin needs a makeover. I had an account which I took long to pay. However I am not applying for a loan. I am checking that the account is cleared. The portal takes one into an account but does not allow one to view any other information.
FNB just continues to give bad service
Very Bad Service. They only cater like other banks for the high end earners.
FNB does not bother about catering for your needs. Every application done every year gets declined. Totally unacceptable service
FNB Business Banking the fees are pathetic everyday they charge me R2997 for fees.
Worst service ever from this company. No feedback, no communication.
