I bought a Casio waterproof watch from My Casio World an online store. Within the first 5 months after swimming with it for the first time the watch face fogged up. I was told to take it to their agents James Ralph Techno in Midrand. After numerous emails back and forth between myself and Nicky from My Casio World and the Technical department they informed me that the repairs would be almost the same as the watch price. They don't want to honor their guarantee as advertised and told me the watch was bumped. This is nonsense. This is a robust type of watch and it was definitely not bumped. There are no marks on it. It is clearly a factory default. My Casio World has stopped replying to me mails. Think twice before you buy any products from this online store.

Really disappointed in casio g shock watches. I have had an on going problem with my watch since day 1 it will work for a few days then rest it self to 2005 the 1st of the 1st the watch was in warranty and was send away for repairs 3 times and still now I have problems with it resting it self For the price one pays for a G shock you would think it would at least work and last longer then 2 years

Absolutely fantastic service. Received order within 2 days. I was kept updated throughout each step of the order/delivery. Nicky responded to my queries immediately. I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a rare Casio Edifice watch from mycasioworld.co.za at a discounted price. They delivered it within 5 days in perfect condition! I was impressed with Nicky's great telephonic support and the regular emails on the delivery status. I highly recommend My Casio World!

Ordered a watch in November. The package, I ordered, was not delivered as scheduled. Had to follow up on the order several times. After weeks of following up, with no success and constant promises that the problem will be solved, the company closed for Holiday, with no regard for my parcel or any concern for the customers. Waited over 1 month and eventually the parcel came. No notification of delivery, and very poor service. Sales Manager was professional and accommodating, after having to wait 1 month for him to sort out the issue.
