We bought items online from Makro on 2 different occasions. 5 weeks later the items still have not been delivered on the one order. The other order was wrongly delivered and 5 weeks later we are still waiting for the correct items. Numerous phone calls to the customer care lines as well as emails have just been ignored. Every time we call them their reply is that it has been escalated. Worst service ever.
I bought a Casio waterproof watch from My Casio World an online store. Within the first 5 months after swimming with it for the first time the watch face fogged up. I was told to take it to their agents James Ralph Techno in Midrand. After numerous emails back and forth between myself and Nicky from My Casio World and the Technical department they informed me that the repairs would be almost the same as the watch price. They don't want to honor their guarantee as advertised and told me the watch was bumped. This is nonsense. This is a robust type of watch and it was definitely not bumped. There are no marks on it. It is clearly a factory default. My Casio World has stopped replying to me mails. Think twice before you buy any products from this online store.
