Manager of Kimberley Postnet is very rude. Ever since an incident a few years ago, where Postnet lost my parcel, struggled to get it back and refused to apologize/ take responsibility, the manager has had an issue with me. Every time I collect a parcel from Postnet KBY, the manager does not greet, is cold and non-responsive and talks to me with an attitude. Pathetic service, from a "professional".
Related to Kimberley KDC Monument Heights. Orders are never correct. Service is horrible 9/10 times. Food quality is never consistent - Poor quality. Contacted the Main Office/ Helpline regarding Veggie Burgers, with no assistance. (All KFC's should stock Veggie Burgers, but KBY KFC's have not had Veggie burgers, since June 2018).
Constant calls regarding cash payments. Constant repetition from call Centre, regarding documentation, etc. I tried to arrange a debit order, several times, with no success. They keep calling me, insisting that I make cash payments on my account.
Around 1 of every 3 deliveries that I get, I encounter problems with The Courier Guy, especially the Kimberley branch. On a few occasions my parcels have been delivered, without notification, to the wrong person. It has happened on several occasions, with no apologies. Drivers never adhere to a schedule and choose to deliver whenever they feel like it (Special instructions on time for delivery are NEVER followed). There is also a tendency for the courier to inform the sender of a completed delivery, without the parcel having been delivered. The Courier Guy Kimberley offices close earlier and open later than stated on the operating hours. (On several occasions, I was told that the business is not open on Saturdays / does not deliver on Saturdays).
Ordered a watch in November. The package, I ordered, was not delivered as scheduled. Had to follow up on the order several times. After weeks of following up, with no success and constant promises that the problem will be solved, the company closed for Holiday, with no regard for my parcel or any concern for the customers. Waited over 1 month and eventually the parcel came. No notification of delivery, and very poor service. Sales Manager was professional and accommodating, after having to wait 1 month for him to sort out the issue.
