I have never had such a terrible experience with an online shop as I did with this one. I've been stuck with a parcel that needs to be exchanged for over a week now, despite paying for a courier. The lack of communication is appalling—I had to repeatedly chase them for updates, and even then, they often ignored my messages.
Their lack of a proper call center is shocking; all communication is through WhatsApp, where they frequently blue-tick you without a response. To make matters worse, they outright refuse to provide refunds, leaving me stuck with poor-quality clothes that don’t even match their advertised sizes. The exchange process is unnecessarily complicated and has turned into a complete nightmare.
I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and subpar product quality make it a truly frustrating experience. Stay away.
