Extremely Disappointing Service

I am writing to express my frustration with my Courier SA. My parcel, sent from a shop on December 23rd, has still not been delivered. This is the second time I've experienced significant delays with your service.

The last parcel took two weeks to arrive, and I faced the same lack of communication and support. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no updates or responses regarding my current parcel. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be using your courier service again. I cannot recommend it to others.
