I am writing to express my frustration with my Courier SA. My parcel, sent from a shop on December 23rd, has still not been delivered. This is the second time I've experienced significant delays with your service. The last parcel took two weeks to arrive, and I faced the same lack of communication and support. Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no updates or responses regarding my current parcel. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be using your courier service again. I cannot recommend it to others.

My account was handed over due to me not paying on time, that I understand. So they started deducting from account per month until covid happened and I couldn't carry on with the debit orders as I had no income but I made I pay off the balance owed to homechoice. Now that I have finish paying them I can't get a paid up letter homechoice tells me I must call the company they handed me over to for the letter, I called that company now they say I should pay again so that they can give me the letter. I mean why must I pay again if I already paid the full balance of what I owe? I don't have a contract with that company, homechoice does so why can't I just get my paid up lette? I'm so furious right now. Hello Peter please assist with this.
Good day I am a very unhappy customer, I bought a DSTV decoder at house and home Mooi rivier Potchefstroom on the 24th of November 2018. when I got home I called the the number on the Ariel King voucher I found inside the box for about a week without getting through, I then called Muiti-choice they gave me me several numbers to call for installation around my area, I did call and they came to my place to install then when they saw Ariel King voucher they said they are no longer installing for Ariel King because it doesn't pay after they have installed. I went back to shop on the 2nd of December I was attended by the shop manager Elies who promised to get an installer for me, She called me the same Sunday telling me the installer will be in my house to install the DSTV on the 3rd, I took a days leave to be at home and the installer didn't show up. I then also called the shop they said they will call me back and they didn't. I took it to myself to go to the shop again yesterday because I feel it is useless for me to sit with this decor at home while I cannot use it. I arrived at the shop I was attended to by George sales person, I asked him to call Elies for me he came back told me Elsie is going out for a while she is taking her child to her husband and I must wait for her, how can you make a customer wait while you attend your personal thing during working hours? I waited and waited for her in the shop of which I found it very rude for her to make me wait that long, finally she came back and made me wait some more then she called me to tell me that there is nothing that she can do, all that waiting for nothing? I then told her that I don't want the DSTV anymore because its useless to me, she said they cant refund me i must take it and she was so rude to me, I then left it with her at the shop. My question is, is this how house and home treat its customers? its almost a month now sitting at home with this decoder. I had to use my airtime to call, my car and petrol to drive back and forth to shop only to find useless rude managers who don't give a damn about their customers. I am really angry and frustrated at this moment all I want is money back for me to go buy a decoder in a shop that has good customer care.
