SCAM ALERT-My red closet on facebook and instagram

My Red Closet is a clothing store that has a page on facebook and instagram. They adverise their China sourced clothing on these platforms and purchases are made through a whatsapp online store. Their service is bad. No communication with the customers. When my daughter purchased from them she was overcharged and on top of that what was delivered had about 5 missing items. They have been ignoring messages and blocking anyone who speaks up on the socials. They didn't refund my daughter her R1300 and still have not given her the outstanding items. SCAMMERS!!!
