SCAM ALERT-My red closet on facebook and instagram
My Red Closet is a clothing store that has a page on facebook and instagram. They adverise their China sourced clothing on these platforms and purchases are made through a whatsapp online store. Their service is bad. No communication with the customers. When my daughter purchased from them she was overcharged and on top of that what was delivered had about 5 missing items. They have been ignoring messages and blocking anyone who speaks up on the socials. They didn't refund my daughter her R1300 and still have not given her the outstanding items. SCAMMERS!!! Don't buy from them

Bad investment and bad service
Stay away from this company and their so called easy escapes. We can celled our membership without even having gone to any of the holidays including their "free" holidays. They convinced us to migrate to a cheaper option so that our credit record is not affected adversly by the cancellation. After the cancellation and migration into a cheaper option, we find out that they have listed at ITC for non payment on the account that we cancelled. We have called and sent emails a number of times but no one is willing to assist. As for Precious Gasa who managed the whole cancelation and migration process, she not interested anymore. I guess she received her commission for retaining clients, now she doesn't care
