TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
It’s been 4 weeks since I placed an order- no updates on when my package will arrive. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
How is it fair for you as business owner to sit with customer’s money and not provide updates on when their package will arrive? They are very lousy with responding to any messages.
