I always have a pleasant experience every time I sell something on yaga. The entire process works seamlessly. They also have great customer service!! Cole at yaya support is a champ.
It’s been 4 weeks since I placed an order- no updates on when my package will arrive. (After the purchase it was indicated that it will take a maximum of 12 days for my package to arrive.) I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. How is it fair for you as business owner to sit with your customer’s money and not provide updates on when their package will arrive? They are very lousy at responding to any messages / emails. I do not understand how they are still in business after I read all of the reviews (wish I did this before ordering from them). Their lack of care is honestly appalling.

Cotton on (Brooklyn Mall) has extremely unhelpful staff. Had an unpleasant experience with a very rude lady working there. She was not willing to help look for an item that I KNOW is at their store and continued to argue with me instead of even looking for the item. She is the reason that I could not buy the jacket that I was looking for. Rude, lazy and unhelpful staff at Cotton On (Brooklyn Mall) is the reason that they are losing potential customers that were willing to spend money at their store. Please hire staff that are not lazy and actually willing to do their work.
