A horrible business , they are rude , they cut the call when I was trying to sort out the problem and disrespectful. They have no respect for their customers. I ordered a meal to get delivered to my home and the meal came and I paid for it , the money came out of my account and the restaurant did not give me the meal. The driver then phoned the restaurant to inform them that the payment was successful due to their machines not functioning properly. This was not the first time their machines stoped working. The person at the restaurant told my husband theirs nothing they can do and continued to swear my husband. That is very unprofessional as the restaurant. I then phoned them and the same man cut the call on me. I then phoned back and another man then spoke to me and told me to wait for an hour. An hour passed and I phoned my bank to try and reverse the payment. This was a horrible experience. I am very disappointed with this business as I always buy food from them and after this experience my family and I will never buy from them ever again and I will pass this message along to my family and friends

Today 17/04/24 @ 12.53 follows., I placed an order at the above fast food which was taken by a female employee. I ordered 2 x chicken chow mein, a chicken tikka masala, 2 x butter naan, ¼ chicken tikka. All meals are non vegetarian. The cashier obviously heard wrong or was not paying attention to my order and charged and gave me a wrong item. Instead of chicken tikka masala, I was given a vegetarian meal ie paneer masala. When I discovered the error at home and contacted the take away, I was arrogantly told, my husband who physically at the counter, placed the wrong dish!!!! Now, how is that even a viable excuse 😲 😮 we've been doing take outs for decades and not once, did we get it wrong. The 'manager' offered to exchange it, but at our transport costs, when they have delivery vehicles. What ever happened to civilisation and common decency? What happened to customer is king??? Clearly My Shawarma raisethorpe has ZERO conscious, customer/public relations skills nor common decency.

I bought a chicken chow main hot. When I started eating it they had given me mild. I called and they told me bring it back. Thinking they would make a new one instead they just poured hot sauce over it. Will eating I only found 5 tiny pieces on chicken fillet.
