Hi I just want to make all aware of the incredible nightmare I experienced over the last week into this week trying to place an order and confirm it. Last Thurs, 02/10/25 I tried placing an order with the said online store. It took them 2 days to verify order, then the weekend and I made payment on mon, 06/10/25. 2days after my proof of payment was sent to them, I had absolutely no response from them. My order was only confirmed today, 08/10/25. In spite of several messages and failed phn calls, only when they deemed fit, did they reply. To all prospective customers, if you don't mind waiting a week just to get a reply, then sure order from them. They have lost my business though.

In Jan 2024 I was approached by 2 salesmen campaigning door to door for zoom fiber under the trading name supersonic. I filled an application as it was R250 uncapped. The service was never provided. I became suspicious of the ***** company and canceled my application. Then, since October '24, the company has been taking liberties and debiting my account without any service ever provided or contract signed. I would hereof like to advise the public to please be careful with this ************ company.
I recently purchased a hair color by Garnier Nutrisse. It was most disappointing. I paid R160 for a product that just keeps washing off and colored my pillow cases, duvet, bath sheets etc. Had I wanted an 'inferior' product I would have purchased a Chinese one serving the same purpose at R20!!!!
Greetings Recently, I accompanied my husband to the above-mentioned hospital. He had to have many ultrasounds, xrays and a CT scan done, ultimately resulting in admission. We was at casualty whilst all this was being done, thereafter admitted into a surgical ward. My issue is that, me being a cancer patient with several major operations, not a single person on site offered me a chair, inspite of spending 6hrs at the hospital. My ordeal left aside, I must take a second to compliment nurse Pam, kindly pardon me, I cannot remember her surname, and her colleague on their outstanding and meticulous attention to the patient, in excruciating pain. Their attitude and expertise shone brightly through our experience. On another matter, my husband's supper was personally ordered by me, however, it was not given to him. He starved all of 03/05/24, was admitted at 17H00. The procedure was performed 04/05/24 @ 08.H00. All of this, whilst being a 'privileged medical aid patient
Greetings Last night, 26/04/24, at 18.44pm I shopped at Pok express, raisethorpe. I usually shop and indulge in the take aways attached too. What upset me was, when I got to the cashier and cashed out, before I could complete my purchases the cashier decided to cash out the customer behind me. I was utterly gobsmacked that I did not say anything but took my purchases and left, omitting to buy my electricity, which I bought at another gas station. Thinking back today, that cashiers actions was not acceptable nor justified. The lady behind me was black, I can't help but wonder, if she's ******? Today 17/04/24 @ 12.53 follows., I placed an order at the above fast food which was taken by a female employee. I ordered 2 x chicken chow mein, a chicken tikka masala, 2 x butter naan, ¼ chicken tikka. All meals are non vegetarian. The cashier obviously heard wrong or was not paying attention to my order and charged and gave me a wrong item. Instead of chicken tikka masala, I was given a vegetarian meal ie paneer masala. When I discovered the error at home and contacted the take away, I was arrogantly told, my husband who physically at the counter, placed the wrong dish!!!! Now, how is that even a viable excuse 😲 😮 we've been doing take outs for decades and not once, did we get it wrong. The 'manager' offered to exchange it, but at our transport costs, when they have delivery vehicles. What ever happened to civilisation and common decency? What happened to customer is king??? Clearly My Shawarma raisethorpe has ZERO conscious, customer/public relations skills nor common decency.
Greetings I recently as I'm February 2024 purchased a 1kg Nyala Maize Meal 'The Royal Taste' from Save Hyper, Victoria Str, PMB. I only opened it in April 2024. It clearly has manufactured and expiry dates on the package. Manufactured Date: 10:07:23, Expiry Date: 10/07/24. Which still gives me 5 months to expiry. When I opened the package to make porridge for my hubby that was not well, I got a shock of my life.... As if being ridden with live weavels was not horrific enough, it had maggots surfing in the mix too. I was and still am absolutely livid, not to mention ashamed, as that company was a previous employer of mine. A brand that I once held in high esteem. I did bring to the attention of customer care, however, am told it's 'being logged' I have video and camera footage of my hideous experience. Sure, it's 'just' a 1kg but what about the whole silo housing it???
In December 2023, I had the most amazing experience with the proprietors of the White Heart Function Venue. It was my only child's wedding and like expected, we was up to our eye***** covered in stress, decisions, rituals, entertainment, catering, decor, venue, affordability etc etc... As in Indian weddings, it's a very grand and lavish affair, with many, many rituals, loads of catering and entertainment. When we approached the highly skilled, professionals at the White Heart Function Venue 90% of our stress and indecision was taken over by them, soooo much so, we were able to calm down and thoroughly enjoy the affair. Nirupa, took out of our hands a massive responsibility and turned it into a magical affair. It's like she was in my mind seeing the exact vision I had. From the Venue, decor, table settings, souvenirs, cake table, tea table, amazing back drop, it lacked nothing. My vision for the theme was, my princess and her prince charming in a magical courtyard..... and so it was, thanks to the team at White Heart Function Venue. I would recommend them a 1000x's over. I'm not easily impressed, but they managed to capture and deliver in grand style❤️
