We have ordered and paid for our order on the 16/8/17 and still have not received a single thing.... everytime we ask where our stuff is they have some kind of excuse. PLEASE DO NOT USE : My Style Shop ZA .

NO RESPOND!! AT all!! I have placed an order more than a month ago. Tried to contact them 3 x times but without any luck. My order was paid for, but no delivery !!!! No feedback, NO order!

Good day! I placed an order for some products online form www.mystyleshop.co.za on the 20/10/2017 I payed the same day. Since then I struggled to get an order number for a few days communicated via emial ********** and ********** no other way of communication no number no cell number nothing! Eventually got correspondence from ********** from a woman named Nomsa saying she needs my order number. Got an order number eventually after a few days. I waited for the delivery time that is sayed is 3 - 5 working days. I e-mail once again to check what is happening with my order. I got email back saying they waiting for a container to arrive with my pants and will let me know as soon as container arrives so they can send out my order. Since then I have phoned twice leaving voice mails, because no one answers the phone only voice note saying that its beter to send email. I have been sending email online more that 6 times. I have send direct mails to ********** and ********** and NO feedback! NO one is getting back to me with any info! Cant get a hold of them and cant go to the shop because I am 700 kilos away from them! Today is December 11th 2017 and still nothing! Money was payed into there account, I have sent the proof of payment, but still nothing! It is going to be 2 months the 20th of December and still haven't received goods or had any feedback!! This is unacceptable!! I want to take further action if something is not done about this!! I will never advise anyone to buy from this company!! Thank you

I requested FNB the FNB dispute department to dispute a payment I made online since the merchant never delivered the items I bought online. I sent my signed dispute form and forwarded the communication between me and the merchant. They refused to refund me saying I should send communication between me and the merchant. I then made screenshots of our conversation we had via emails. They still came back & said it's unsuccessful. I want to know what kind of communication do you require in order for you to assist me as a customer? The only way I communicated with the merchant was through emails, their "contact us" page on their website and phone calls which they never answered. Do you expect a letter as a form of communication? Please call me and explain. Nedbank beats you in that department. Ask for advice from them

I bought items on My Style Shop ZA on the 18th of Oct and still haven't received them. They don't reply to my emails, nor answer their phone. The only time they replied to my one email from the dozen I've been sending was when they made an empty promise and still haven't delivered.
