Ignoring my order preference.
I was just my Mc Donald's Pretoria North, I ordered 5 cheese burgers with extra pickles, so they decided to give me 5 cheese burgers without a single pickle on either of them... very disappointing 😞not the first time I had a bad experience at McDonald's, they are really on a downward spiral.

KFC Castle Gate
We ordered x3 Wicked Zinger Box Meals, first they got our order wrong, gave us normal Box Meals, we also asked for a extra piece of chicken, she didn't add it, so we had to swipe (pay) twice. O and my mash and gravy was not right, it had a oil layer on top and it didn't even taste right

KFC Castle Gate - Disgusted, disappointed and Dissatisfied
This is the second time we have had a bad experience at KFC Castle Gate. We ordered a Fullyloaded Box Meal, Boxmaster and a Steetwise one with mash. The Fullyloaded Box Meal had old cold chips, a dry piece of chicken on the burger with almost no colonel sauce. The Boxmaster also had a dry piece of chicken, a burnt hashbrown, no tomato and also very little colonel sauce. We are very disappointed with the quality of the food.

Cold food
We placed a order at Steers Monument Park for two wacky wednesday specials, we ordered directly from the store, they said it will take about 45 minutes but we waited a hour and 45 minutes, we called the store and they said the call centre will phone us but they never did when the food got here it was already cold. This is unacceptable!

Sad dry Woppers
We usually love to order Woppers because they're juicy and bursting with flavour, however this is the second time we get dry Woppers, its like they are afraid of the sauce... The sauce makes the burger better and that's the main reason for us buying burgers from you.... I don't like giving Burger King a bad review but im afraid ill have to eat another dry Wopper...

Taste of dissatisfied and disappointment!!!!
If you want to know what disappointment taste like you have to eat at Rocomamas, wanted to try them for the first time, very excited and hungry... Went through the drive through.... No customers.... I thought that's wonderful, but now I know why... For the price you pay, u can get so much more at other fast food restaurants and the food will be tasty.... The American Burger meals has no flavour at all, I couldn't finish it, gave it to someone next to the road, then u get the smallest bottle of coldrink imagenable aswell...

Cold, burnt pizza at Romans Pizza Waterkloof
We ordered pizza from Romans Pizza Waterkloof Pretoria. We are about 2km away and waited more than an hour for our Pizza, when it got here it was gold and burnt. As we are a family of 7 we had to eat it as it's already late. I am very disappointed as this is not the first time!!!

Disgusted in KFC Atterbury!!!
I bought KFC at Corner Atterbury, Manitoba Dr, Faerie Glen, Pretoria, 0081 tonight and I specifically asked for thighs,twice, but they gave me the driest, tasteless side-breast that I have ever eaten in our FullyLoadedBoxMeals. They also didn't have mash so they gave us coleslaw instead and the coleslaw also had no taste. Im so disgusted i will rather buy at Burger King or Chicken Licken instead.

Useless, Unreliable, NO customer service!!!!!
My car have been hit by one of your customers, in the beginning of this year, nothing is happening, hiscar have been fixed 4 times from qhen he hit me and im still waiting??? He told me personally yesterday. My broker have been sending emails every month byt no one replies. This is unacceptable and i want my car fixed!!!!
