I have just come back from Spur jn Eikestad Mall and am not impressed with how Sino (told by the other waitress & not introduced by her) as she served us. She was busy with lots of tables and failed to serve us properly. Management should intervene in training her better. I complained to Linda & Lerato since they saw her behaviour. I even tipped her R20 instead of the R70 I was planning to tip her and gave another R20 to the one who helped us with our bill.
I read before ordering that Makro delivers food and beverages within 2 days. I ordered beverages yesterday (03/12/2025) before 7am hoping that my order will arrive on the 5th of December. I need the bev for Saturday morning and the delivery is on Saturday, just not sure what time. I called several times today because there have been no movement and I also didn't receive any confirmation of my order after payment. If there is no movement today still, then how do I believe that my bev as a gift to the ceremony will arrive on Saturday? Please change from delivery to collection rather. If I cancel, how long will my refund take to reflect so I buy somewhere else rather. Your sellers are bad Makro!
I ordered blocks on the 26th of August 2025. I received an SMS on the 27th, stating that my order has been handed over to the courier. I then enquired on the customer support email when my order will be delivered since I do not reside where I am currently building also becaause I am unable to track the order myself. The agent confirmed that it will be delivered on the 1st of September. I informed the builder about the feedback received and suddenly, today, the 29th I receive calls whilst in a meeting from Builders. I immediately text my builder to quickly go check whether the delivery van is there and he confirms and said that they refused to offload the blocks. Builders, please call before the delivery van leaves your yard like other courier services do so that a person ensures that there is someone to receive the delivery before the driver gets there to avoid delays because now the order went back and I now have to wait longer for my order.
I can't be talking about the same thing. Why must I be the one who goes after Game store for my refund? Game...kindly refund me my R390 for the undelivered items I ordered online.
I am writing a 3rd review about my Game online order stressing about the missing stationery when I have received all the other stationeries I ordered from Makro online on Saturday. Who was the person who packed my order that has missing items? Why can't that person be held accountable for this? I can't beg for my refund, just refund me my money because it's clear that I won't receive my items since I went to the nearest Game store and they don't have my things there. I normally relax about stationery in December but you are causing me unnecessary stress. Just pay back my money!!!
I am still waiting for my undelivered items from my Order. Refund me back my R390 if you don't have stock.
I placed an order for stationery on the 28th of November 2024. I've been receiving my items bit by bit and they were separated, some being delivered and some to pick up at the Game store in Eikestad mall. I went to the Eikestad mall yesterday and struggled to get info as to where my items are because online it shows it's been delivered whereas it is not and they could see on their side that some have not been delivered. Been calling the N1 City Game store with no assistance hence I opted to write on HelloPeter. Game online is bad. I will stick to Makro online because I've never struggled with them. Game doesn't update you whether they have stock or not so they refund me without any hassle. I am still waiting for the 2 5-pack A4 Skull Candy Book Covers and 5 packs of the Brilliant A4 Plastic Book Cover Brilliant then my order will be complete.
I app**** to have fiber installed at my house and the installation was for 10am, but the installation guys came at 13:22. The very 1st guy that came to my house was so rude and didn't even greet even though I greeted and just told me how he struggled to get hold of me. I then told him that I am the one who called from 10:30 to the guy who took my details and their office line and my phone has been receiving calls but not from him. I showed him proof, but he failed to show me his. I do not care about his attitude coz it stinks, but what I care about is the fact that before Vumatel fiber gets installed, you pay. As I paid on Friday the 15th Nov, this fiber hasn't connected at all. Even the email of activation confirmation is incomplete coz there are no details of my ISP SADV for in case I have problems or concerns. I want my money back and have this taken out coz they left before ensuring that it works. I think they did this on purpose because he even went about the time being lunch time and asked whether I don't cook.
I ordered a black thong Bodysuit to wear with my dress on my graduation day on the 26th of April. It is still not delivered till this day. They don't respond when I communicate with them. I wanted to support the brand/business since it is Zola Nombona's brand cause I am her fan, but very disappointed. I don't even trust that they are operating cause when I check on Instagram, they last posted in 2022. Funny thing is that they still sell online and items are in stock. Please refund me my money and keep your shapewear bodysuit.
My review is about Yershin Archary who works for Bata. He assisted me for the second time today with regards an exchange which I lodged on the 8th of February without success and it took him only less than 5 minutes to create a collection and the Courier Guy collected the parcel an hour after my call with Mr Archary. Bata, that man is for keeps! May you be blessed with a promotion this year. You deserve it!
