Poor Quality Control and Zero Customer Support

I placed an order with My Wellness on March 5th, 2026. Upon arrival, the Mega-PumpX4 (Orange/Citrus) was completely solidified and unusable.

I immediately attempted to contact them via their official WhatsApp as listed on their website. Although the message was read, I received no response. I followed up with an email to the address provided on their site, which has also been ignored.

The fact that a sealed product arrived in this condition suggests serious quality control issues, and their refusal to acknowledge a customer’s complaint is unacceptable. It’s hard not to view their silence as an admission of inferior quality. I would strongly advise against wasting your money on this brand.
