Poor Quality Control and Zero Customer Support
I placed an order with My Wellness on March 5th, 2026. Upon arrival, the Mega-PumpX4 (Orange/Citrus) was completely solidified and unusable. I immediately attempted to contact them via their official WhatsApp as listed on their website. Although the message was read, I received no response. I followed up with an email to the address provided on their site, which has also been ignored. The fact that a sealed product arrived in this condition suggests serious quality control issues, and their refusal to acknowledge a customer’s complaint is unacceptable. It’s hard not to view their silence as an admission of inferior quality. I would strongly advise against wasting your money on this brand.

Non existent Quality/Customer care
On the 10 Feb I ordered the Clean endurance and diet shake through Mr Price sport as they are partnered. On the 11th Feb I started with the Clean endurance blood orange flavor which tasted nothing close to citrusy. It was actually difficult to swallow that's how bad it was. I was referred to quality the same day. To this date, I have not received a single response from them or how to go about getting this sorted out. I'm too scared to even open the diet shake. Was very excited about the product but will definitely not be ordering from them again. What a waste.

Extremely poor customer service!
I placed an online order on 5th January 2025, it's now the 14th January and I have not received the order. They have ignored my emails and calls requesting feedback. Stay away from this company.

Good experience
Placed an online order direct off of their website, on Thursday evening . Received an email and tracking number on Monday. Order was delivered by the Courier Guy.

My wellness supplements not ready for ecommerce
The people are kind i can't blame them but their system is heavily flawed, they are not ready for ecommerce, if you value peace of mind and quick service, search elsewhere, I firmly advise against buying here if you want quick service returns....

My Wellness SA - protien powder products
Great products, TERRIBLE customer service. No replies to multiple messages/emails. Quite a shame, I'm all for supporting local but their service makes me hesitant to keep ordering.

Ordered from them via Makro. Only part of the order arrived but it was marked as fully delivered Numerous calls to them and Makro to try and get it resolved. Currently still missing my order and getting the run around from them. Do not trust these jokers

Poor Service and disregard for customers These people are so unreliable. Made a purchase exactly 7 days ago, have sent them tons of emails and messages on their social media platforms regarding my order and they have not responded to a single one. There is no other way of contacting them and you can't even track your order. Their service is quite disgraceful and they clearly don't care about their customers. They say deliveries will be done within 72 hours which is 3 days, but here I am 7 days later and still not even an update. I am really disappointed 😞
