I have had, arguably, the worst experience of my life, trying to re-invest money for my nephew with Fedgroup. Not only was my initial investment pretty much taken from me by Devon-Kelli Karg and handed over to my nephews absent father for re-investment; I was also then made to feel uniformed by her when the wrong documents were sent to me to fill in. Then on questioning her regarding these, I was spoken to in the most dismissive condescending tone of voice . I have since, paid what was going to be a re-investment with Fedgroup , directly to my nephew. I refuse to deal with Devon( and thus Fedgroup) again.
Investment matured yesterday. Money was paid into my account first thing, same morning.

Sent documentation for early withdrawal. Was supposed to be paid out in 7 business days which has come and gone. I have received no response, no communication, no answer at the call centre, nor a response from Janet Brewis who seems to be the contact person regarding complaints on this platform. I need feedback ASAP. And will be contacting the investment Onbudsman.
Placed an online order direct off of their website, on Thursday evening . Received an email and tracking number on Monday. Order was delivered by the Courier Guy.
Canceled Beame apon our vehicle being sold. Our account to date is still being debited. We then had a second Beame installed into our new Toyota HILUX only to find out (from the hijack/solen/recovery unit), that you have our vehicle registered as a Toyota STARLET. It is totally unacceptable that a vehicle tracking company have the wrong model of car captured. Not only this but our emails and calls go unanswered, and so our vehicle, which happens to be thee most hijacked vehicle in SA, is registered with you people as a Starlet because the effing hijack/recovery call center can't change it on their system!!! I can't wrap my brain around it. Call us back immediately.
Such a pleasure to deal with such competent staff (Thank-you George!!) and such an effortless and smooth transition to DSL. Highly recommend
