I placed an order with My Wellness on March 5th, 2026. Upon arrival, the Mega-PumpX4 (Orange/Citrus) was completely solidified and unusable. I immediately attempted to contact them via their official WhatsApp as listed on their website. Although the message was read, I received no response. I followed up with an email to the address provided on their site, which has also been ignored. The fact that a sealed product arrived in this condition suggests serious quality control issues, and their refusal to acknowledge a customer’s complaint is unacceptable. It’s hard not to view their silence as an admission of inferior quality. I would strongly advise against wasting your money on this brand.

Order fulfilment not done correctly - item missing from order. Telephonic calls to Support Centre and Mail Address of no value, as the matter is still not addressed from the 27th of November 2023. The only response one receive is as follow: "Please be advised the matter has been escalated. I can only provide further feedback when received. I will revert back to you. " Seems the internal support to the agent is non-existent, I even asked for a manager to call me, however management choose to ignore the agents requests. Numerous mails sent, with no resolution. Service not acceptable....

It is shocking to experience the lack of commitment from Afrihost. Tickets were locked and everytime they respond that they will work on it, or escalate the matter or provide feedback. Same, day after day, with no commitment or resolution. I will be insisting on cancelling the order this week and request refunds on the non delivered services (paid for). This is now going on for weeks - will also be cancelling all other connections and services.....
Online order submitted on the 29th of July. Status not updating on order tracking (Volpes Website), therefore contacted Volpes, via WebChat - NO RESPONSE, Online Form - NO RESPONSE. Sent 5 emails on different dates to info@volpes.co.za - NO RESPONSE Called them and been promised a return call within 30 min - they did not call back as promised. Totally unacceptable service! I recommend that you DO NOT order online from Volpes!
