Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Muscleworks, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I placed an order with them, hoping for a smooth and timely delivery of my products. Unfortunately, it has been 10 days since my purchase, and I have yet to receive my order. What adds insult to injury is the complete lack of communication from Muscleworks. Despite reaching out to them via email and social media platforms, I have not received a single response. This lack of responsiveness is deeply concerning and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect a certain level of attention and care, especially when encountering issues with a purchase. Adding to my frustration, there is no way to track my order, nor can I contact the company by phone. This lack of accessibility further compounds the problem and leaves me feeling helpless and uncertain about the status of my order. Another significant cause for concern is the inability to obtain a refund. Muscleworks' policy should provide a clear and straightforward process for refunds, but unfortunately, that is not the case. It is deeply unfair to leave customers without an option for reimbur*****t, especially when they have not received the products they paid for. Overall, my experience with Muscleworks has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of communication, absence of tracking options, and inability to secure a refund have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly urge potential customers to consider these issues before making a purchase with Muscleworks.
Poor Service and disregard for customers These people are so unreliable. Made a purchase exactly 7 days ago, have sent them tons of emails and messages on their social media platforms regarding my order and they have not responded to a single one. There is no other way of contacting them and you can't even track your order. Their service is quite disgraceful and they clearly don't care about their customers. They say deliveries will be done within 72 hours which is 3 days, but here I am 7 days later and still not even an update. I am really disappointed 😞
