I purchased 2 pairs of shoes online, 1 of which was too small. I requested an exchange, after several emails to customer service, the shoe was eventually collected from me. Its been 2 weeks now, with absolutely no response from the company regarding the exchange. They completely disregard email queries. I wish I had checked the reviews here before purchasing from them.
I placed an online order on 5th January 2025, it's now the 14th January and I have not received the order. They have ignored my emails and calls requesting feedback. Stay away from this company.
I ordered 3 bras online, one is incorrect and NOT what I ordered. They now refuse to accept a return or exchange on account of this item being underwear. The item is still in the original condition in which it was received, with all tags still attached. PLEASE RECTIFY YOUR ERROR, YOU SENT ME THE INCORRECT ITEM! If you cannot exchange an item, do not sell it online!

Kaelo GAP is absolutely useless. I have had this policy since 2016, and this is the first time I have had to claim. The claims process is extremely frustrating. They keep requesting the same documents repeatedly EVEN THOUGH IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED. NO feedback is forthcoming, and when you call, it's like talking to a brick wall. AVOID KAELO GAP !!!
