Discovery system not secure, i no longer have faith in Discovery system security, an online purchase was made using my details but with wrong cvv number, at first received a notification of a card decline but somehow stupid pathetic system of Discovery permitted the transaction, instead of reversing the funds when I report ***** they tell me they are doing investigation for 72 whole hours....I am now considering a different bank, Discovery doesn't value customers enough to keep people's money safe....its only fortunate the purchase was a low amount I can only imagine victims of large ***** cases....goodluck keeping your money safe with Discovery bank, you will live to regret it....I know I do
Takealot Cape Town is unpatriotic, they employ foreigners so they can practice modern day slavery by underpaying their employees, the delivery people are rude and unprofessional, I have used Takealot in Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Gauteng in all these regions I have never been an unsatisfied customer until now in the western cape, please support local businesses and choose Amazon.co.za, they always send trustworthy delivery officers who are cooperative and respectful (one guy even waited for me when I told him I was in the shower)....#CHOOSEAMAZON
The people are kind i can't blame them but their system is heavily flawed, they are not ready for ecommerce, if you value peace of mind and quick service, search elsewhere, I firmly advise against buying here if you want quick service returns....
There is *****ulent activity in my account and when I call tymebank customer service no one is helping me, I don't even receive notifications from my account anymore, tymebank is a ****, I regret ever joining this useless bank....
Takealot service is regressing, I used to praise this ecommerce for impeccable service, even recommended it to friends and family, now unfortunately they are turning into sh!£, I ordered a BLACKVIEW 10inch tablet for my daughter who only visits me over the holidays, the tablet remains off and unused during her away time, she last used it in July 2023, and the tablet has been in the cabinet switched off for the entire period, now that my daughter is here we tried to switch it on nothing works even with the charger connected, takealot is refusing to allow a replacement even though the warranty is still valid, now I have completed changed my mind and decided for a refund, takealot is setting itself up for failure, Amazon is going to destroy your business if you keep this nonsense mistreatment up....I for one am sick of takealot, you have lost me as a future customer.
Online service is the worst, save yourself the headache, it's been well over 2 weeks since I placed an order and they have yet to deliver, each time I call them all I get is excuses no accountability whatsoever....Amazon is going to crush you Hi-Fi corp
Package lost and Customer service not getting involved, this company is running a scam, avoid the headache and stay away from light in the box, try a more reliable ecommerce not this one or live to tell the story of grief....
Makro online service is ****, I placed an order online they told to expect delivery the following week, instead their system recorded my order as delivered on the 14th December, meanwhile I have not received any parcels, save yourself the headache Makro E-commerce is not ready, at this rate Amazon going to put them out of business....they are not serious about customer service
Save yourself the headache, ACDirect online is selling products which they don't have stock, since ordering a portable airconditioner on Black Friday they have not attended my order, they said they will let me know as soon as stock is available, its been weeks, I keep writing to them but they fail to respond, I am fed up, ACDirect e-commerce is a disgrace, stick with better ecommerce providers
