I bought items to the value of R4162 from Mycro Keratin on the 24th November. I received the goods yesterday after being advised that the shipment was delayed. Their return and exchange policy is very clear - if unopened and unused within 7 days you can exchange . I realised that I ordered the incorrect shampoo and conditioner and sent an email shortly after receiving my order to ask them to change it for the colour shampoo and conditioner - same price. Their response was no we do not exchange or refund - contrary to their policy. I whats apped them and still no response - I emailed them last night and still no response. So now I will go to their offices and make sure I get what I asked for. The experience was horrific and even though I use their products and have for years, I will never purchase from them again. Client service is a real shocker. They need to relook the South African management team as they are non responsive to everything
