I have been trying to get hold of this medical aid. After waiting 25 minutes on a call I get through to the switchboard - who then put you on another queue - Their chat line also does not work. They are useless
I bought items to the value of R4162 from Mycro Keratin on the 24th November. I received the goods yesterday after being advised that the shipment was delayed. Their return and exchange policy is very clear - if unopened and unused within 7 days you can exchange . I realised that I ordered the incorrect shampoo and conditioner and sent an email shortly after receiving my order to ask them to change it for the colour shampoo and conditioner - same price. Their response was no we do not exchange or refund - contrary to their policy. I whats apped them and still no response - I emailed them last night and still no response. So now I will go to their offices and make sure I get what I asked for. The experience was horrific and even though I use their products and have for years, I will never purchase from them again. Client service is a real shocker. They need to relook the South African management team as they are non responsive to everything
2 weeks after the electric storm in Randburg - several emails and telephones calls - even involvement by my broker and Discovery Insure has not bothered to send an assessor or even look at my claims. We live in a very dangerous city and the fact that both my alarm and fencing were hit makes me an easy target not only for house breakinns but safety for me. 2 houses in my area have been broken into this week. I have no words to describe how disgusted I am with their complete lack of interest and not even a call back
After 6 weeks of waiting for a card and several follow ups and being told "card was delivered to Kyle" I find Discovery Bank a complete and utter joke. They want new clients but cannot be bothered to respond on Facebook or even follow up on a card delivery. Discovery Bank you should take a leaf out of Capitec Bank's fantastic client service. I am cancelling everything I have with you which includes life policies, RA's, Insurance etc. You have lost not one client but many as I will spread the word
