I have tried numerous times to get them to contact me or call me back, i bought the Moyoko Pro Glider kit (Pink) from Takealot on 1 May 2023 (Order #127889711) i have maybe used the straightener 5 times and it just is not turning on anymore, there was no instruction manual or booklet included so i cannot check if there is something else i need to do If this is the type of service received from this company they definitely will not be getting my business again and i usually love their products/tools

I bought items to the value of R4162 from Mycro Keratin on the 24th November. I received the goods yesterday after being advised that the shipment was delayed. Their return and exchange policy is very clear - if unopened and unused within 7 days you can exchange . I realised that I ordered the incorrect shampoo and conditioner and sent an email shortly after receiving my order to ask them to change it for the colour shampoo and conditioner - same price. Their response was no we do not exchange or refund - contrary to their policy. I whats apped them and still no response - I emailed them last night and still no response. So now I will go to their offices and make sure I get what I asked for. The experience was horrific and even though I use their products and have for years, I will never purchase from them again. Client service is a real shocker. They need to relook the South African management team as they are non responsive to everything

Very disappointed in the hair iron I purchased from Mycro Keratin. The iron has burned my hair so badly that I had to have pieces of my hair cut out, it was so damaged. When I contacted them, all they can ask me for is my proof of warranty! So are they saying that you must spend all this money on a good quality hair iron and after a year you must buy a new one because they can't guarantee that your hair will burn?

Terrible customer service! But happy to smile when you buy a product but can’t even respond when asking for feedback. My straightener broke. Bought it in December. They requested for my collection address, when I followed up few days after no response. Straightener did not even last 6 months.

As a service provider to Mycro Keratin I am aware of more than one occasion where Wilmie Visser, the managing director of the company, accepts the work and then refuses to pay after the fact. No surprise the same has happened with us, work was done, accepted as complete and many months later we are now having to take legal action to be paid for work they requested.

No surprise the same has happened with us, work was done, accepted as complete and many months later we are now having to take legal action to be paid for work they requested.

Straightening iron purchased does not work, assistance from store is almost non existant and they really are not helpful. We'll take your money but we don't care about you as a customer, deal with your own issues. I wish I never ever bought from them, the most disappointing "investment" ever.

Not sure if anyone knows what is actually in the MK treatment (in-Salon), their website is very clear that it is natural products and no added chemicals or toxins (I did my research prior to doing the treatment). After I did this treatment, it caused such a bad skin reaction, my neck looked like it was burnt. I contacted MK who advised that there was a % of Formaldehyde in their treatment but have failed to advise what else. In my mind this is misleading information from their website : "free of harsh chemicals and toxins". The products also make me itch very badly and irritate my skin. Told to stop using them, however after spending close to R1400 on natural and toxin free hair products then to have to go and buy other products is not on! Terrible service from MK, have mailed them a few times and still not coming back to me. I am wanting to know the exact ingredients in the treatment to ascertain why it caused my skin to react the way it did and why it burnt my skin, however they are not replying with this info, which is questionable. Be very careful what you read or believe about this treatment and their products.
