I am writing to express my profound frustration with the ongoing service issues I am experiencing. I have been caught in an unproductive loop, being referred from Mweb to Vumatel and back again without any attempt by Vumatel to address the problem. Despite my efforts to seek assistance through emails and phone calls, my communications have been completely ignored by Vumatel and the agent who closed my ticket without resolving my issue and has IGNORED my emails, Raeeza Esau. This lack of support is unacceptable and has left me with unresolved issues. I urgently request that this matter be escalated to a higher authority or general manager who can provide a solution. Immediate action is required to resolve these service disruptions.
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with the service I have received over the past three weeks. After holding the line for more than 45 minutes, the call center agent abruptly hung up on me when I kindly requested to speak with someone who could resolve my ongoing issue. Despite numerous attempts to get assistance, I have not been able to reach anyone who can help. The technical support team is unable to provide a solution and cannot direct me to someone who can. I have been repeatedly referred to Vumatel, who immediately sent me back to Mweb, creating a cycle of unhelpful referrals. I have taken multiple steps to resolve the issue on my end, including purchasing a new router, conducting all recommended tests multiple times, and even upgrading to the highest available line. Despite these efforts, the problem persists with no resolution in sight. I urgently request that this matter be escalated to a general manager or someone with the authority to address and resolve this issue. I am beyond frustrated and need immediate assistance to rectify the situation. If no resolution is provided, I will be forced to consider changing my ISP to receive the support I require.
I have tried numerous times to get them to contact me or call me back, i bought the Moyoko Pro Glider kit (Pink) from Takealot on 1 May 2023 (Order #127889711) i have maybe used the straightener 5 times and it just is not turning on anymore, there was no instruction manual or booklet included so i cannot check if there is something else i need to do If this is the type of service received from this company they definitely will not be getting my business again and i usually love their products/tools
The receptionist Wilma is utterly rude and unprofessional, we have been going to DR Odendaal for YEARS and she has the audacity to scream and shout the patients and insults them, that is no way to treat a sick patient, she should NOT be working with people
Pathetic! They sold me a faulty printer REFUSES a refund REFUSES for contacts for the director Pathetic service, we will be getting a lawyer as this is unacceptable, told me they can't do a refund because ink was already put into the printer but the first ink that was put in was the ink they put in for the 'test' print which was not conducted infront of me, they cost me alot of money over black friday as i couldn't do any of my work Very disappointed as i really liked the products they have to offer but if this is the service i would rather steer clear
My mother placed an order over the weekend, didn't recieve anything so i tried to contact them from Tuesday with no replies, the business has NO contact numbers, you pay online so i thought im going to lose my money luckily I got a mail where it explains the refund process. A lady called me because i put a comment on social media and in her words "for the whole world to see" but that's the only way i got their attention, that lady needs to work on the way she speaks to people!!!! I will never recommend anyone i know to make use of their service because 1. You can't contact them 2. The personnel is UNBELIEVABLE rude ONCE they contact you.
If i could i would give 0 star!! The Game in Kolonnade mall has pathetic service!!! The cashiers are sooo rude and doesn't acknowledge when you speak to them, the store manager is even more rude, telling you when you have issues that it has nothing to do with Game even though it is their store with the issue, this is the fifth time i go there to make a BIG purchase and all 5 times i had issues!! They need to work on their customer service and the manager should learn people skills!!! You have lost yet another customer....
Dr J van den Berg in cullinan, the doctor is fantastic, friendly and gives very good medical care. His receptionist on the other hand is extremely rude, hangs up on patients over the phone THREE TIMES, we called again and she just picks up the phone and hangs up again, it's not acceptable for a person who clearly doesn't want to work with people to work with patients who needs advice of letters from the doctor.
