CCD couriers was supposed to deliver a credit card to me on 29/11/2014. I tired calling them 6 times on the day to reschedule as by the time I had to leave my address on the day the card was still not delivered. Every time I called, the person on the other end was apparently not able to hear me. I then received a call from the delivery driver advising he is at my address to deliver, and I advised that I was not available and explained that I have tried multiple times to get through to CCD to reschedule the delivery. The driver then advised he will notify CCD and they will call me to arrange a new delivery date. On 02/12/2024 I received a missed call from CCD couriers and the call rang for only 2seconds and was then cut. I called CCD back 4 times to try and make arrangements for the delivery of the credit card. And again the exact same problem, they could not hear me on their end. I finally got through to someone that COULD hear me on 05/12/2024 and they advised me that they will have the card delivered to my nearest branch and I can collect it there with my ID. I asked the agent from CCD if they are sure I will be able to collect as the card is not in my name but I was supposed to take deliver of the card on behalf of the owner, my brother, as he is currently abroad. The agent assured me that I will be able to collect at the branch and I confirmed to have it sent to Bayside Mall in Table View. On collection 07/12/2024 FNB advised only the card holder can collect.
I would advise you to never order from this company. Do not purchase vouchers or products from them Because they have been in existence for quite a few years I decided to trust them with an order. I placed an order on 26 February 2024, and only once payment has been made was I advised the shipping takes 5-10 business days. This was unexpected and I was not too happy about this so I requested a refund, as per their process on their website for the product that yould like refunded. I did this twice already, no reply. I logged a ticket on their website where I was advised I will get a response from them within 48 hours. Still no response and it's been a week. There is no contact number and all is dome via email, which is being ignored and disregarded. We are now 10 business days post order and the order still states unfulfilled. I am disgusted by the utter disregard they have towards customers and their blatant misguiding and nonsense commitment on delivery. Please do not use this site for any purchases or orders, you will regret your decision
The quote experience was pleasant and they gave me the best price between all insurers I contacted. In addition this is is the only insurance company that does not have a limit on their cover for loadshedding related incidents. What an awesome experience, and as I have previously been insured with Outsurance I can honestly say that it is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They most certainly go the extra mile for their customers. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance.

I have reached out to Discovery Healthy Company numerous times, I called them the last time 2 weeks ago at 7am on a Saturday, and still they have not assisted. They all promise the world but just drop you like you're worthless. I am not doing well and you are supposed to help me when I ask for it but you just don't care
Worst experience ever and an *********** company when it comes to rectification for their own mistake. Then they are a bunch of ******* on top of it and you get NOWHERE with the call centre, which you have to call 7 times for your call to finally not be cut off or cut in in mid conversation and dont think they'llcall you back. I have been using takealot for years but this time they just really crossed a line.
They are very quick to give a quote, and a really good one at that too. Oblivious to the nightmare that awaits, you will accept the quote, but then everything goes sideways. Arrangements were made and a set time was given for collection of the relocation items. The day arrives, and so does the time that they would have been there, an hour later you call them, as this company does not communicate effectively, and the owner says hes guys are running late and are busy with another pick-up about 100km away, but will be there by a set time again. So you wait and the same thing happens, the time comes and goes and no truck. So YOU call again, and the owner again says he'll follow up and then says they'll be there by yet another set time. The time once again comes and goes and there is no truck until an hour later, by this time it is 15:30 in the afternoon, you had plans for the day as you're catching a flight to your new home at 6pm. Now not only did they waste your time, but you had to reschedule your flight at an additional cost to you, as the removal company has no regard for your time or their agreement, and actually they could care less about this information. Everything finally loaded and an inventory list completed by the driver of everything they put on the truck, you cannot make out half the things noted as the handwriting is poor, but it seems okay compared to what was loaded. On uour way to your evening accommodation that you were able to arrange as your flight had to be rescheduled to the following day, you receive a whatsapp from the owner with pictures of some of your items. You query these and he replies and says these were not in your initial inventory list, which most of them actually were on the one list you sent them but you do know there were a handful of items that were not on the list but nothing half a loads worth for sure, and that he will have to charge you an additional 60% of your original quote for the handful of items, AND some of your items need to be repackaged. Your things are with them already, you are not able to fight this nonsense as you don't have the time or the finances to rearrange removal with another company. AND you have to pay in full when the load is collected, so you're money is gone already. You get to your new destination and you wait, and you wait and you wait, agreement was delivery within 4-5 days, so again YOU follow up and all you get told is it's a shared load and they're waiting for the truck to be filled, but on pick up you wete told you were the last pickup for the said destination and you'll be the first delivery too. So you continue waiting and waiting. You then get a call from the driver of the truck, a person completely different from the one who did pickup, and he tells you he's 30min away. You're at work, you can't just up and leave and you don't sit around waiting for trucks all day, so again, you make arrangements for a set time to meet the delivery at home. The time comes and goes once again, YOU follow up again and the driver's response was "I thought you said you'd be available from that time", which for me is not acceptable, hence the fixed time agreed. So 3 hours later they arrive, in the dark. Once everything had been offloaded you notice that the items you were advised had to be repackaged for whatever reason was NOT repackaged, only 2 of the items, of which the one does.not fit in the packaging anyway but still they put it in an inappropriate box, and there are items missing, that were loaded at the pickup point, but now is not here, and some item broken and damaged. So you call the owner and tell him about your missing and broken items and he says he'll check their warehouse and get back to you. The following day he gets back to you (the first time YOU don't have to follow up) and says they can't find it there and they will call all the customers they delivered at to see if it's possibly with them. I advised I'd give a week for investigation but then I need a resolution. A day before the owner, Paul, is to give feedback I get a picture of one of the items they "found" all of a sudden in their warehouse. But he says nothing further and again I ask so what now, what about the rest of the things. He's response to me is "We are deliverying what we have just found", so I ask him what else did they find, and he said he'll give me a report. So I ask when I can expect this as his investigation time has lapsed and I need to know what the plan is going forward, as there are items his guys broke too, so tell me what you are delivering asap and give me a breakdown of what you will be refunding me as I gave you replacement values for all of it and it is your company's negligence. I am yet to receive this information... So if you want to use a company that will waste your time, not respect you or your property and valuables, that doesn't communicate effectively, and who will find some way to get more money out of you for no reason, then Bulls Removals is the company for you.
They are very quick to quote and at such good prices, BUT... Then they are late for pick up of your items and keep telling you a time that they still don't pitch for, where YOU have to keep following up as they don't have the decency to communicate with you. You end up having to completely reschedule your day, including flights at an additional fee, because of their incompetence and all they can say is "sorry". Then, after you sent them an inventory list for the quote, they come back once everything is picked up and all of a sudden there are "extra items" that they charge you another 70% of your initial quote price for, and you have to pay as your goods are with them already, such sleazy slime*****. Further to that you are advised delivery should happen within 4 to 5 days, it does not and when following up from your side again, as there is NO communication from this company, they tell you it will only happen in another 4 to 5 days, making it 8-10 days for delivery. I have never worked with such an incompetent, dishonest, stealing, extorting bunch of people and would advise ANYONE to chose a different removal company, Bulls Removals is the most horrendous removal company ever.
No one answers a phone and no one is willing to tend to a query, and then they lie about "attempted deliveries" for urgent items that needed to be delivered. I have been at home all day, my number is on the delivery instruction, and so is the sender's, no one was here and no one called, then you put a bull**** status update saying attempted delivery. Don't spread lies, that is disgusting.
I did not want to sign up for any donation to start off with but was bullied into it. On the same day I sent a request to cancel my "policy" or whatever they wanted to call it and I received a response saying " We received you cancellation requ3st and we're sorry to see you go" and yet STILL they debited my account. This is NOT okay and I will NOT stand for this. This is stealing!!!!!!
