Debit orders DON"T stop
Even if you think you want to donate to this cause DON"T once they have your banking details they don't stop the debit order even if you instruct them to. You log a query with your bank and it stops for a few months then just starts up again and you have to redo the whole process. Rather go give money to the SPCA or some other organization where you have control on what and when you donate

Rather go give money to the SPCA or some other organization where you have control on what and when you donate

Bad Staff
On Monday, 29 July 2024 your Green Peace people were at ******** Brackenhurst. I would like to express my Great DISPLEASURE towards your staff. My Daughter, 27 years old, went into ******* to get some things, I was parked directly opposite the door waiting in the car for her, when she walked out of the shop she was stopped by one of your representatives, after about a minute I got out of the car to go and intervein and tell him that if he put his hands on her 1 more time there would be serious problems between us. Once back in the car on the way home, Jade was telling that he wanted her social media ie Facebook information. Is this how your staff represent Greenpeace ????????????????? , ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING

1 star is too much
1 star because their isn't a lower option. Due to financial circumstances I want to stop the debit order, even after stopping it on my banking app they continue to deduct. After several attempts to contact their head office, not one of the phone numbers work and they do not respond to emails

STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AS REQUESTED.
I can no longer afford to donate and Greenpeace is ignoring calls and emails for cancellation and the bank is not able to cancel is seems. Please stop debiting my account as requested, REF. Greenpeacegpapsg1125 PS: I want a refund from April when I cancelled

I can no longer afford to donate and Greenpeace is ignoring calls and emails for cancellation and the bank is not able to cancel is seems. Please stop debiting my account as requested, REF. Greenpeacegpapsg1125 PS: I want a refund from April when I cancelled

I did not want to sign up for any donation to start off with but was bullied into it. On the same day I sent a request to cancel my "policy" or whatever they wanted to call it and I received a response saying " We received you cancellation requ3st and we're sorry to see you go" and yet STILL they debited my account. This is NOT okay and I will NOT stand for this. This is stealing!!!!!!
