Staff were so loud
Went to Mug n Bean Brackencity 2 weeks back, would be very "hard pressed" to go back there. Trying to sit and have a relaxing meal, and the staff at the coulter sounded like it was a party at a Taxi Rank, they were so loud and to make matters worse the Managers were joining in, it really was a very unpleasant experience

Useless, Pathetic service
Would not task these people with finding a Beer in a Brewery. Since the 23rd of May 2025 we have been trying to arrange a magazine subscription from them, after 28 emails back and forth, possibly 3-4 phone calls to them, and being told the subscription is sorted our and the first magazine would be delivered on the 2nd of May 2025, nothing happened. 1 Star it to kind for this business, useless

not good
I must say that I find the service levels absolutely pathetic, 2 hours of emails going back and forth and I am no closer to opening a PUDO Account. I have asked for someone to phone to assist me but that just seems to much trouble for the Courier Guy. The advert on the radio says its so easy, well I beg to differ, this process is nothing but a hassle and it does not seem worth my while

Delivery Charges
I bought some planks of Wood 2 weeks back, paid R70.00 for delivery, witch was a day late. Today I want to get more wood and the delivery charge is R410.00 Would someone from Leroy Merlin be able to answer me on this or am I just expecting miracles

Fantastic
FNB Credit Card, was in Australia for 3 weeks (Beginning November) and I must say after letting FNB know I was going to be in Auz and would use my Credit Card. I did NOT have a single issue using my Card anywhere. 10 out of 10 for the Credit Card division

Bad Staff
On Monday, 29 July 2024 your Green Peace people were at ******** Brackenhurst. I would like to express my Great DISPLEASURE towards your staff. My Daughter, 27 years old, went into ******* to get some things, I was parked directly opposite the door waiting in the car for her, when she walked out of the shop she was stopped by one of your representatives, after about a minute I got out of the car to go and intervein and tell him that if he put his hands on her 1 more time there would be serious problems between us. Once back in the car on the way home, Jade was telling that he wanted her social media ie Facebook information. Is this how your staff represent Greenpeace ????????????????? , ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING

Bunch of Fuc%&ng *******, bought some software and the code key was USED, try to get hold of these Fu$&ers and the phone rings and dies, E-Mail cant connect. Use this company at your peril

Useless Dischem
Dis-Chem Brackenhurst has to be the most useless pharmacy around, one never sees management on the floor, 13 minutes at the over counter medication is ridiculous, 1 person on duty. Q at the prescription counter had 8-9 people with 2 pharmacists on duty. They have built a monopoly but are doing very little to keep it , i would rather now pay the few R more and go to AlphaPharm just up the road. Dischem has lost my business

Pathetic
Absolutely pathetic service, would not take my Grandson`s Tricycle there. When you phone to complain and ask to speak to a Manager they refuse to put you through. Receptionist is rude and abrupt, one gets the feeling that they are doing the customer a favour. Had to even take my own Ink to then so they could print a test page after the repairs, RIDICILOUS
