Even if you think you want to donate to this cause DON"T once they have your banking details they don't stop the debit order even if you instruct them to. You log a query with your bank and it stops for a few months then just starts up again and you have to redo the whole process. Rather go give money to the SPCA or some other organization where you have control on what and when you donate
Rooms were perfect! Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Slept like a baby! But the most noticeable thing about this hotel is most certainly the friendliness of the staff! Always greeting with a smile and making you feel welcome. From reception staff to restaurant staff to cleaners!! Well done
Still no feedback from Sureswipe, even after complaining on Hello Peter
This is now the second time I have to log a query and wait a month for any kind of reply. Candice at Sureswipe help centre just ignores your emails. You cc the managers in the first incident till today they have not replied to the email to apologize. With this second query I asked to speak to her manager, he is not available, they said another manager will contact me back and I am still waiting. No reply on emails. Money deducted from my customer twice proof sent of this but they just ignore you and I spend a hell of a lot of money with them every month. Going to put my loyalty programme over to a new POS system and cancel them! Their aftersales is non existent.
