Amazing service from Fairway hotel, Spa & Gold resort. We arrived for our couple treatment and was greeted friendly by reception. All was already setup, and we were greeted by our names. All was already setup, and the the******s especially Pinki was extremely professional during our treatments. We received our spa lunch from the Hotel and the food was delicious...I would definitely recommend Fairway spa.

Rooms were perfect! Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Slept like a baby! But the most noticeable thing about this hotel is most certainly the friendliness of the staff! Always greeting with a smile and making you feel welcome. From reception staff to restaurant staff to cleaners!! Well done

I’m utterly disgusted by the service given by this hotel in Randburg. I should have seen it coming because it started on Thursday when i made a booking with Yvonne and when I followed up my booking was not registered on the system. I spoke to the manager Emmanuel and he tried to assist me with making reseversations, I booked for the century package and got a separate quote to include my son. After his email I specifically asked him to call me to articulate the response. We agreed the package will be for a couple and my child will be quoted separate for both nights. I got here same story he’s not available and there’s a new manager Mike who completely tells me my package cannot be accommodated for 2 nights while I had a lengthy conversation with Emmanuel the whole of Friday. I checked in and im supper disgusted why even continued with this booking. The stuff here suffers with communication and articulation problem, I went to Glenburn I never experienced the very same problem. After coming back from the massage Mike says the deal excludes dinner for my son he spoke to Emmanuel. Im exhausted and I keep getting stories twisted all the time. Now Mike has left I speak to another manager called Faith who is standing in on behalf of Mike the story changes again not only now do I need to pay for dinner for son but for breakfast for both nights. I will never ever again come this place and I refuse to pay because everything was cleared up. The decency of all them to let me know they won’t be in at work after speaking to them it’s disrespectful. I’m not sure if the leadership here understands the people that they have employed. I regret paying so much money. I went to Balaika is Sandton the service is eceptional and I’m pleading to people to never ever book here. I’m shattered considering I took my hubby out here to unwind after burying his father last week but all I’m doing is explaining and sorting out admin issues, I’m supposed to be here resting but I’m extremely disappointed

This far the best hotel I have been to in Gauteng.The staff is very patient and the process of booking with them is so easy.The room exceeded our expectations it was beyond perfect...the food yummy. I didn't know what to eat in the morning 😅 almost took some home. Looking forward to booking with them again

We came for our annual strat session for 3 days and booked a Spa for team-building on the last day. Then mixed up the time, thinking it's 12:30, only to find that it was 11:30. We were told that we can't get full body any more but only 30 minutes treatment. No other option even when trying to negotiate with the manager to give vouchers so that we can come at another time, she was just so cold. It is understandable that you can't shift times because of other clients but I'm sure there are other alternatives even if you can give some complementary products to make up for the money paid. Was it another race, she could have made a plan but as always, would never go an extra mile for darkness. The the******s at this place are one of the best but the management is just so inconsiderate shame. We are regular clients at this place and now you lost clients permanently plus we will tell other colleagues at our institution about our experience. Never again

White peoples get served or attended to immediately when they arrive, while we had to wait 6 hours to even get a menu. It was not the first time this happened, but I took it lightly, until I realised that it’s actually their culture. I was so disappointed with their service on Thursday the 23rd of September, mainly because I had invited a friend over for drinks only to get that kind of service. I know black middle class people are probably not your target audience, hence the bad service, but please ask the waitresses to at least pretend to care.
