Wrong spare key
Gave me the wrong spare key and I have not been told when I will get a new one. No response to emails nothing they are truly trash 🚮

Bad service/food poisoning
Terrible terrible service. Whole team had a strategy session and 5 members got food poisoning and the next day there was a strand on hair in someone’s food. Please don’t come here

Customer service from Susan
I honestly just want to say thank you to Susan. She may think she was doing her job but she’ll honestly never know how much it meant to me. Something she may deem so small truly had such a huge impact in my life. I honestly would love to thank her from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond especially in a situation where I was beyond distraught. May God continue to bless her abundantly
