My query was addressed promptly and efficiently without having to cal but just a whatsapp message
I made a booking for December and paid deposit UT had to cancel the booking. It's been more than a mo th I still haven't received the deposit and no one is giving me feedback even after several follow ups
I like a service that prioritize my convenience as client first and they do just that . Through easy access of Whatsapp, and quick attendance to queries, it's impressive. Thank you Mathapelo and Julian, you've been great and efficient. I'm impressed with Oneplan service
Took a for car wash this morning, next thing the manager tells us it wasn't there from the beginning, without 3ven investigating or saying this is our customer complaints procedure. Simple Question is, if that was the case, how come the place where is went out was not cleaned by your staff, it was still dirty. Then he tells us maybe it fell off whilst driving due to portholes. We live front opposite the mall are there any portholes. It is so annoying to be given such disrespectful and uncaring service. Your people are thieves. We've had this car for 10 years, if this was loose like you suggest why are there scratches around the cap, to show that it was taken out
We came for our annual strat session for 3 days and booked a Spa for team-building on the last day. Then mixed up the time, thinking it's 12:30, only to find that it was 11:30. We were told that we can't get full body any more but only 30 minutes treatment. No other option even when trying to negotiate with the manager to give vouchers so that we can come at another time, she was just so cold. It is understandable that you can't shift times because of other clients but I'm sure there are other alternatives even if you can give some complementary products to make up for the money paid. Was it another race, she could have made a plan but as always, would never go an extra mile for darkness. The the******s at this place are one of the best but the management is just so inconsiderate shame. We are regular clients at this place and now you lost clients permanently plus we will tell other colleagues at our institution about our experience. Never again
Do not trust anything motor happy consultants say. We took the extended service plan with them three years ago the 1st 2 years on the same car no problems, renewed it in Jan this year. This week my husband calls them to book the car for service as its due this month, all of a sudden he had to prove that he told them that its serviced on a 15k frequency & not 20k, they even went to listen to the recording, isn't it its a black person also so can't be trusted. Then the next thing we have to prove that the model of the car is 2 litre & not 1.6 litres, the same car they paid for service the past 2 years. Now we have to pay for that service tomorrow because we are still waiting for the response. If they call you demand a copy of the recording because all they are trying to prove now is that we gave wrong information, to find a gap for misrepresentation.

I made a booking through Safari now on the 30th April 2020, then after paying I was told that I couldn't be accommodated by the owner. I have been tirelessly trying to contact Safari now even with assistance but no response. This is really frustrating and unprofessional. Why can't they even acknowledge an email, yet they could respond quickly to get my money. Secondly why raise expectations when you know the rules very well, this is really annoying
<p>Yesterday I booked at Sunbury House b&b with my family as I had a work function I was hosting. Firstly on arrival at 14:00 the workers couldn't find the gate key & they finally opened another gate manually, which next to it was a hive of bees so we had to duck for our lives to avoid bee sting. I then prepared myself for my function & my hubby dropped me thereafter came back to prepare and make sure our daughter has everything she needs before he joins me @ 17:00. Before leaving I informed the ladies working there that we will come late & asked if someone will open for us etc. They assured us we don't need to worry someone will open. Coming back @ 23:00, mmy hubby went into the house through the small gate leaving me in the car to check for someone to open for us. He couldn't see anyone, then I suggested we ring the bell maybe someone will come out & indeed after doing that someone came out. This white guy came out angry & told us we are disturbing his guests & I asked what were we supposed to do if our car is parked outside & no one came to open for us. He further went on to say we making noise & we must step outside the gate, then he called security and said he had a quote red. We told him our daughter is inside the room so if he is chasing out we need to take her out, take our things & leave. He said he is not comfortable with us at his place so yes we must leave. My daughter had to be woken up at that late hour, we had to go to the police station & report the incident before he accuses us of vandalizing his place as he already falsely accused us of being drunk. My husband never had a sip of alcohol in his 48 years, I could drink anything as I was working by the way. Police saw that we were sobber & on going back with them, they saw who was drunk. We finnaly had to drive back home at 01:00, which is something I was trying to avoid by booking there. He even refused to refund our money after chasing us away yet we didn't check out, he chased us out. Clearly this someone who still feels black people must behave a certain way & be treated a certain way. So SA venues if these are the types of businesses you partner with, its scary shame</p>
<p>I have a contract with Cell-C and since May I am debited two amounts of which when I ask them they dont know the reason for the second amount yet this continue to happen every month. Cell C please get your house in order, I'm tired of bank charges for reversals and i wouldnt want to terminate my contract with you.</p>
